When we relocated to the Dallas Fort Worth area our relocation service assigned us with Ebby Halliday. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with our agent, Patti Moore. I will try my best to explain in words how valuable Patti was during our home buying process. We were moving cross-country and had no previous knowledge of the Fort Worth/Metroplex area. We were able to narrow down our search to the Keller/Roanoke/Trophy Club areas. We had 2 full days to look at homes and find the perfect one for us. Even though we had 2 toddlers in tow, we were able to see about 12 houses, one of which was PERFECT for us in Keller. She guided us smoothly through the buying process and since we were out of state, handled our inspections and repairs while communicating every detail along the way. She was even able to assist in finding contractors and got the inside of the home painted and cleaned prior to us arriving. The meal she had delivered our first day in the house was a blessing since we were so busy unpacking and tending to our toddlers. I would HIGHLY recommend Patti, her expertise in the real estate market is unmatchable and her hospitality makes you feel right at home from the beginning!
