Dance City and the Arts builds self esteem, self-confidence, strength, balance and coordination through dance - all while having fun! Our teachers are highly qualified, experienced, certified teachers whose teaching concepts spark and instill creativity. Our friendly and professional office staff is always available during class hours. Positive reinforcement along with our Character Counts Program
further encourages a positive classroom atmosphere. All students receive an achievement award at the recital finale. Our spacious studio location is directly above the Southington Walking Trail so you can exercise while your child is in class
We offer new, fun, updated classes for everyone in your family. Our time-saving schedule allows 2 or 3 family members to take separate classes at the same time. We offer family and multiple class discounts as well as friend referral discounts. Our spacious air conditioned facility offers 3 studios making our facility large enough to hold all classes in one convenient location. Our 3 professional studios with cathedral ceilings and viewing windows promote the New York City ambience. Our largest studio is the size of a stage to better prepare our students for a positive recital experience. Our waiting room is a spacious and inviting area for siblings, homework or video viewing. Dance City and the Arts is home of The Holiday Dance Spectacular, The Musical Theater Academy and The Summer Youth Theater Junior. We specialize in Dance and Musical Theater classes and we also offer many other specialized performance opportunities for our students. Our studio is home of the Dance City and the Arts Dance Team which includes dancers from age 6-18. Pageant training is available and many of our students are title holders.
