Our Contemporary Soloists brought stories to life through movement this past season. With powerful musicality, dynamic movement, and thoughtful storytelling, each dancer found their own way to connect with the music and leave a lasting impression on stage.

Contemporary gives dancers the freedom to explore, take risks, and communicate through movement—and these dancers showed us just how captivating that can be. From subtle moments to powerful bursts of movement, every solo told a story uniquely their own. 💙

This week, we’re excited to spotlight Emily G.! A competitive dancer with Apogee since 2020, Emily has become an incredible asset to our Extreme Team. Known for her impressive flexibility and tumbling skills, she is also one of the hardest workers in the room—always bringing a positive attitude and never limiting herself when there’s an opportunity to learn and grow. 💙

Beyond her talent, Emily is a beloved teammate and an especially adored “big” to her little. We are so proud of the dancer and teammate she continues to become!

Our Open Soloists took the stage with strength, flexibility, control, and some seriously impressive skills! From dynamic acrobatics and contortion to seamless transitions and beautiful artistry, these dancers showed just how much athleticism and technique go into making those jaw-dropping moments look effortless.

Open gives our dancers the opportunity to push beyond traditional movement and showcase the unique skills that make them shine—and these dancers did exactly that. 💙

There’s something special about watching a dancer completely own the beat—and our Hip Hop soloist did just that!

With musicality, personality, confidence, and plenty of groove, this solo brought its own unique energy to the stage all season long. When a community comes together, incredible things happen. ⛳️💙

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Saturday’s Apogee Golf Tournament such a tremendous success! From planning and organizing to coordinating all of the details behind the scenes, this event wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and hard work of so many amazing people.

A special thank you to Jodie, Jen, Shama, Brittany, and Andrea for the countless hours you invested to bring this event to life. Your time, energy, and commitment to our studio community are so deeply appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and spent the day with us. We can’t wait to do it again!
