Plot twist: the “solo violin” videos you’re saving probably aren’t actually solo violin 🎻

Most of the performances you’re seeing on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube include backing tracks - Think of it like karaoke. The violinist plays live, while the track adds the beat, bass, harmonies, and all those polished studio layers underneath.

And yes, it makes a major difference.

A solo violinist, by definition, is one violin. Backing tracks are a separate production requiring customized tracks, sound equipment, amplification, and a way more involved setup.

🎻 Love classical music, romantic ballads, or something soft and intimate? Acoustic solo violin may be exactly what you’re looking for.
