Our Saturday evening concert has been relocated to First Evangelical Lutheran Church-Redlands due to power outages in San Bernardino. We will still start at 6 and all donations will go to Lutheran Social Services of Southern California Community Welcome Center. PLease come join us for a lot of fun and great music.
LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES BENEFIT CONCERT MOVED TO FIRST LUTHERAN SANCTUARY ON SATURDAY, JAN. 11!!
The Blue Earth Band, made up of two pastors and a an English professor will present a concert of acoustic folk, country, bluegrass and blues music gleaned from their partnership of some 30 years.
This concert was originally scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at Spirit of Our Savior Lutheran in north San Bernardino but an Edison imposed blackout in their area has forced them to move the concert to First Lutheran.
One member of the trio is Jay Egenes, former pastor at Hope Lutheran/Highland Avenue Lutheran in San Bernardino.
Admission is free but free-will offerings will be taken and donated to Lutheran Social Services and the San Bernardino Wellness Campus, AKA Central City Lutheran Mission.
