Pickin' in the Backwoods was a blast! Once again, if you missed out on this festival, im sorry. My happiness meter is full after that.
If you came by my booth and bought some art, had a laugh, or just came by to say hello, thank you. My brother Caleb and i appreciated it.
Justin and Andrea have always been good to me and i know they put their blood sweat and tears into this festival. I love them dearly.
From the volunteers and vendors (except one) to the grounds workers, man yall worked your butts off and it showed. Its a collective venture to make a good music festival.
There are so many people I could name but you know who you are.
Im humbled by how good people treat me and my family. The Denton family will always be appreciative and thankful for our extended music/Festival family.
Now let's do it again in a few weeks for Unbroken Circle Music Festival!!!!!

These festivals I attend are special to me for various reasons. One of the most obvious is because of the music. Although....some of my favorite moments are away from the main stage. I dont normally do much recording and I didnt get all of it, but this moment was really amazing and I hope you can get a feel of how cool this was. We had a great time Day 1 of Pickin' in the Backwoods. The weather is amazing and the setting is perfect for a great weekend. Such a good time here. Really cool talking with Liam St. John, the Thursday headliner is from Spokane WA (where i lived for about 10 yrs). There will definitely be some artwork of that dude showing up in the future. Hes so good!

Before and after I put a C9 parachute up for the "backstage" area of Pickin' in the Backwoods. Im just a lowly vendor but I do enjoy getting to bring some of my SERE stuff into my post military life. Ive set up two parachutes for shade this year.

Im loading the trailer today for Pickin' in the Backwoods. I love this festival, if you cant tell from the pictures below from previous years. I wont have the youngins with me but as usual may main man Caleb Denton will be with me and it will be his first time at this festival so im excited about that. If you havent been to this festival, you're missing out on a real good time. I CANT WAIT TO SEE ALL MY BUDDIES!!!
Ill also have posters of my 2026 design, signed and numbered, so come on by and pick one up.
