At Vinyl Plus Depot, we are proud to be a Black-owned wholesale business serving entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creators every day.
Our goal has always been to help others succeed, and we take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Because we are a wholesale supplier, many of our products are purchased by resellers. For that reason, certain items, including Suntee apparel, are non-returnable once purchased if the issue is simply that they don't fit your customer or can't be resold. To help prevent this, we have fitting room signs throughout the store and encourage every customer to try on apparel before purchasing.
If there is a legitimate issue with a product or an error on our part, we will always do our best to make it right. We believe in treating our customers with fairness, respect, and honesty.
We also ask that our staff be treated with the same respect. We will not tolerate disrespect, threats, or abusive behavior toward our team. Our employees work hard every day to serve our community, and they deserve to work in a safe and respectful environment.
