Knowing exactly how the day flows is the best way to plan your morning of mimosas and your grand exit as newlyweds.

Here is the breakdown of your 12-hour estate takeover:

✨11:00 AM – The Day Begins: The estate is officially all yours. The dressing rooms open up for your bridal party to move in, start the glam process, and soak in the pre-ceremony excitement.

🎶 10:00 PM – The Last Dance: To keep things sweet with our local community, amplified music wraps up here. It’s the perfect time to plan that epic sparkler exit or a final "just married" moment.

🧹 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM – The Wrap Up: This final hour is for "strike," which is just a fancy way of saying cleanup time for vendors and gathering your personal items.

🌿 The 12-Hour Rule: While we can't do early arrivals or late departures, we promise to help you make every single minute count!

Keep in mind: This is just the "outer shell" of your day! The magic happens in the hours in between, the ceremony, the cocktail hour on the lawn, and the party in the barn. We’re here to help you fill those 12 hours with everything you’ve been dreaming of!

One of the best parts of planning your ceremony here is that the pavilion is a total neutral canvas. Whether you’re dreaming of something lush and garden-like or clean and modern, you have so much room to play with the layout.

Here are a few ways we’ve seen couples customize this space:

🌸 The Petal Toss: We love the look of dried petals for the exit. They’re biodegradable, smell amazing, and look incredible in photos when you’re walking back up the aisle as newlyweds.

🕯️ Aisle Decor: Since the pavilion floor is a smooth, flat surface, it’s perfect for lining the aisle with lanterns or heavy glass candles. You don't have to worry about things tipping over in the grass.

🌿 Ground Florals: If you want that "growing from the earth" look, low floral nests along the aisle are a great way to lead the eye toward the altar without blocking anyone's view.

🪑Small touches like ribbon-tied petal cones, custom signage, or a single stem of greenery make the seating feel like an intentional part of the design.
