We’re so excited to welcome back our special needs families for a day of smiles, snow, and unforgettable memories at Tube Tahoe! 🛷✨

⏰ Time: 9AM–4PM (tickets are for 1.5 hours)

Students and applicants arrive, check in, and receive event information.
• 6:15 PM – Applications Begin
Attendees can start filling out job applications provided by TubeTahoe and RideTahoe.
• 6:30 PM – Resume & Interview Support
Tahoe Learning Haven staff available to help with resumes, tips, and preparing for interviews.
• 6:45 PM – On-the-Spot Interviews
Employers begin short interviews with applicants interested in part-time seasonal positions.
• 7:30 PM – Hiring Decisions
Some positions offered immediately; applicants may be hired on the spot.
• 8:15 PM – Final Networking
Students can connect with employers, ask last-minute questions, and submit remaining applications.
• 8:30 PM – Event Ends
