Christmas Figs is ready for the hand quilters at the Holiday Quilt Show and Auction. Twenty members of the Square Corner Quilters each pieced a 16 inch block to create this beauty.

Woo hoo! I won the National Teacher Award ribbon at the Utah Quilt Guild show this week. I entered two quilts, Coiled Basket and Pastiche.

Coiled Basket - pieced and quilted by me is on display at the annual Utah Quilt Guild quilt show in Ogden at the Eccles Conference Center. The show costs $5 and there are many beautiful quilts to see.

Well, I am still here and having lots of fun. It's been a long time since I posted on my SoJo Quilting page. Time to catch it up with some fun projects. This is the beginning of a monster quilt, the blocks were made by my good friends in Square Corner Quilters.

Just look at this amazing whole cloth quilt. Last week, I was able to take a 3 day advanced quilting class from Joan Knight. All eleven class members worked on this quilt - I just wish I had won the drawing to take it home. But I have the patterns now.
