We are located in south Houston area in case your interested.
It has a full kitchen
heated pool and whirlpool bath with lights if need be
surround sound.
3 large tvs
Tables and chairs if need be
Front parking lot with enough parking
Ice machine
Great dance floor.
Nice and clean restroom 🚽
We have the following packages:

1. All day 14 hours 10 am to 12 am $1500
2. Am - 10 am to 2 pm 4 hours $500
3 PM - 4 pm to 12 am 8 hours $1000

Deposit of $300 to be reimbursed following day

Additional time $150 per hour depending on other events

Upon request:
We have food packages
And decoration packages
