Our 30th summer has begun--GRIDLIFE, NASA, Baggers--big events, big times, the heart of the season.
For the second year GRILIFE's stage on Spectator Hill rose above the track to overlook high energy, good vibes, broken records, a bit of a storm. But by the time INZO performed on Saturday night with his ambient romantic music no one was worried about the weather.
Over Father's Day weekend the NASA folk had good weather, good times (personal best and broken track record times). A big shout out to Jay Andrew at NASA Great Lakes, thanks for coming here three times this year! It means a lot!
We had our 3rd Annual Bagger Racing League event! The Baggers is America's premiere V-Twin racing series featuring highly modified heavyweight touring motorcycles like Harley Davidson Road Glides and Indian Challengers. It's always a fun and unique pleasure having this crowd of bike enthusiasts for the weekend.
For our July weekends we got the West Michigan Honda Meet on July 10 - 12 and a SCCA Speedfest on July 17 - 19. AHRMA is coming back with all their cool vintage motorcycles on July 24 - 26! For more bike action check out Sportbike Track Time's bike night on July 17!
Also, coming back for their second year is the Mid Michigan Drift Club. Fun drifting action from 10am to 3pm on July 10!
