You can’t make this stuff up!

Minutes before an outdoor wedding ceremony, everything’s ready to go, and suddenly I hear a LEAF BLOWER coming from next door!

I’m thinking, you’ve GOT to be kidding me! For a second, I thought he might be doing it on purpose. Turns out he had absolutely no idea a wedding was about to start!

Just another one of those moments you can’t plan for!

You might not expect high school students to go wild for Unwritten, Party in the U.S.A., Baby One More Time or Dancing Queen, but they knew every word!

That’s what I love about DJing these events. It’s not just about playing the latest hits. Mixing current music with clean party mixes and classic singalongs keeps things fun and gives everyone something to get excited about.

Being a great wedding MC isn’t about bringing the same energy to every moment.

Sometimes it’s about getting everyone fired up, cheering and having fun. Other times, it’s about knowing when to slow things down and say something meaningful.

Two dresses, two different vibes!

The bride changed into her second dress, and we switched things up on the dance floor! Mixing Usher’s “Yeah!” into one of her most requested songs, “Get Low,” as her friends and family gathered around her.

Wedding introductions should set the tone for the reception and personal to the couple.

This one at Hamilton Hall in Salem was especially fun. The bride is a huge Red Sox fan, and the couple got engaged at Fenway Park, so I suggested Sweet Caroline as their intro and that also led into an all-guest dance. What a fun way to kick off the night!

It’s all about building the excitement, getting everyone involved and making the moment feel like them.
