The Office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis , Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and the City of South Gate will be hosting a drive-thru food distribution for families impacted by COVID-19 on Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at South Gate Park. No walk-ups. Lineups begins strictly at 8:30AM.

Our Fireworks Show at South Gate Park is returning this year! Social distancing is suggested and the wearing of masks are required for unvaccinated visitors. No carnival this year!

City Hall and Park Facilities will be closed Monday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day. Only Golf Course (8am-5pm) and Sports Center (9am-7pm) will be open.
