Adelaide has been dancing at Elite since she was just 3 years old and is now in her fourth year on the competition team. Inspired by watching her older sister serve as an ambassador, she knew she wanted to be part of something that gives back and supports others. Adelaide is passionate about helping every dancer have the opportunity to continue doing what they love. One of her proudest moments was being part of the Get Ready team and celebrating an undefeated season last year! 💗

Reese has been dancing at Elite Academy of Dance for 13 years. She considers Elite her second family and would do anything to make sure everyone on the team can dance everyday. Being a part of this community means having a support system of over 100 team members and tons of friends. Superline winning first at Nationals in 2025 was a huge accomplishment for all of Elite - it was so great to get to experience it!

She joined the “We’ve Got Your Back” program to be sure every dancer has the opportunity to continue doing what they love at Elite Academy of Dance, no matter the challenges they face. Charlotte has been dancing since the age of three and joined Elite at 13. Being part of We Got Your Back is about being a real support system for the dancers at Elite whose families are dealing with cancer. Charlotte loves to dance, and knowing she can help others in this organization keep enjoying dancing through such a tough time feels important. It reminds her that we’re a family here, not just a dance studio, and families support each other. It’s a privilege to be part of something that makes a real difference in people’s lives, by helping them stay strong and keep dancing. One of her proudest moments was winning First Overall at Inferno during her very first competition season with the team!

Jilly has been dancing at Elite Academy of Dance for 15 years, building strong technique and meaningful, lasting connections. She believes that the bonds formed through dance are incredibly special and that every dancer deserves the opportunity to experience that sense of community. One of Jilly’s proudest moments was winning Superline at Nationals, a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork she shares with her teammates! As a youth ambassador, she is passionate about helping others access the same joy, support, and opportunities that dance has given her.

Ava has been dancing since 2010 and has grown to love not only performing, but also supporting others through dance. She became a We Got Your Back Ambassador because she believes every dancer deserves the chance to dance, no matter what they are going through. Through WGYB, she has learned the importance of giving back and being there for others in and out of the studio. A highlight of her journey was being part of Music’s Biggest Night, Alice in Wonderland, and The Corner, all named National Champions in 2025!
