I think I’m starting to find the sweet spot on the blade. Now if I could get my body and arms to stay in the right position. As an adult I have a hard time feeling what my arms and shoulders are doing.

Jason Brown and Rohene Ward seminar

So this is what I’ll be doing Monday. Tuesday I’ll be recovering I’m sure. I skated 4 days in a row last week including my lesson & Coach said I made improvements in some areas. But I’ve been sore the last 2 days. Getting older isn’t for sissies. I know I’m going to be sore after this seminar but hey it’s good for me, right? 😂 Besides I got competitions coming up in Jacksonville and Atlanta later on this year so must train, recover, train etc.

This gardenia bush just grows wild behind where I like to sit by the pool to have my morning coffee. Lately it smells delightful.
