Meet teaching artist Maren Maren ✨

Maren found her way into the aerial world in 2018 and never looked back, training across studios in LA, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, building a versatile foundation in sling, lyra, and pole.

What started as a personal obsession with flight (and a serious love of upside-down moments) turned into a teaching career in 2023, when she began sharing flexibility, sling basics and choreo, and pole fitness with students of her own.

She’s XPERT Hammock certified (2025) and completed her yoga teacher training in 2026, blending grounded mindfulness with airborne adventure.

Beginners are Maren’s favorite people to teach. She thrives on watching that first “wait, I can do this?!” moment click into place, and she’s all in on helping you find your flow, whether your feet are on the mat or twelve feet off the ground.

We are offering a selection of 3 week mini-series along with our favorite 6-week class series. Start/end dates vary! Book around your summer schedule.

Invented apparatus series are for advanced verticals students. Spots are limited. (Level 2-ish folks interested in my invented apparatus, please email to book a private lesson.)
