Michael Snyder Lyrical Tenor singer will join classical guitarist Dr. Daniel Quinn, to present a concert titled, “Guitar and Voice: Music from Cuba, England, and Spain.”
The concert, is the third on the 2025-2026 Music in the Hoyt series, that will take place in the sanctuary of Zion Community Church, which is located at 211 S. St. Peter St., across the river from downtown South Bend.
Daniel will perform solo guitar works by Spanish composers Francisco Tárrega and Isaac Albéniz, and by Cuban composer Leo Brouwer.
In addition to his solo work, he will accompany Michael on three songs by English composer John Dowland and a song cycle by English composer Benjamin Britten.
This is a great opportunity to hear chamber music repertoire that is rarely performed in this region.
The concert is open to the public. There are no tickets or admission charges.
