Thank you for bringing energy, talent, laughter, and just the right amount of theatrical mayhem to every performance. From sword fights and dramatic deaths to quick changes and endless comedy, you made this production unforgettable.

Auditions for Blithe Spirit are just around the corner, and South Bend Civic Theatre is looking for talented performers to bring Noël Coward's delightfully witty supernatural comedy to life.

When a séance goes hilariously wrong, chaos ensues as the living and the dead collide in this beloved comedy classic filled with sharp humor, eccentric characters, and plenty of ghostly mischief.

Meet CIVIC's 2026 summer interns!

South Bend Civic Theatre is excited to welcome three talented interns to our team this summer! Each brings unique skills, fresh perspectives, and a passion for the arts.

✨ Sania is a South Bend native and recent graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Fashion Industry Studies. With a love for all things fashion, she's excited to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes and see how costumes and production come together to bring stories to life.

🎨 Henson is a Studio Art major at the University of Notre Dame who believes in the power of the arts to strengthen communities and create meaningful connections. As an Education Assistant, Henson looks forward to helping young people discover confidence, creativity, and self-expression through theatre. With experience in cosmetology, stage management, and set design, they're ready to inspire the next generation of artists.

🎬 Jenna is a junior at Saint Mary's College studying Theatre, Business, and Fashion & Costuming. As a Production Intern, she'll be working in a variety of departments throughout the theatre and is eager to learn more about the inner workings, culture, and impact of SBCT while continuing to explore her love of theatre.

Please join us in giving Sania, Henson, and Jenna a warm welcome to the Civic family! 👏
