What’s catching my eye in Brazilian design right now 🇧🇷

Whenever I’m in Brazil, I make time for design research, discovering new makers, materials, craftsmanship and ideas that can inspire our work at RG Interiors.

At ABIMAD in São Paulo, a few themes kept appearing: organic forms, rounded edges, tactile textures, expressive patterns and a beautiful return to color.

Terracotta, mustard and burgundy are bringing warmth, while softer greens — from pistachio to mint, are adding a fresh contrast.

But beyond any single trend, what I love about Brazilian design is its ability to feel sophisticated without losing warmth, personality or craftsmanship.

Which detail would you bring into your home, curves, color, texture or pattern?

Casa Cor São Paulo 2026.
Another edition of Casa Cor, and once again, endless inspiration. Creative, innovative, bold, vibrant and welcoming spaces, each with its own unique identity.
This is where architecture and interior design come to life, transforming ideas into spaces, experiences and emotions. I could easily spend hours exploring every detail.

Apartment in Alto de Pinheiros, São Paulo
Every project begins long before the first sketch, it begins with listening.
Our client, a DJ, wanted an apartment that was predominantly gray and, above all, fully soundproof. He needed a home that could keep up with his lifestyle without disturbing the neighbors.
At first glance, it may look like just another beautiful apartment, but behind the finishes lies much more: microcement volumes rising seamlessly from the floor, complete acoustic insulation (underfloor soundproofing membranes, double walls, a ceiling with glass wool insulation, and professional-grade acoustic doors), a wet bar designed for effortless entertaining, and RGBW LED lighting synchronized with the music.
The before-and-after you see here isn't just an aesthetic transformation, it's the materialization of the lifestyle of the person who calls this space home.

A very special day, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
What started as a passion for architecture, travel, art, and culture has now become something more. I had the pleasure of exhibiting the first of many pieces created from photographs I’ve taken over the years.
Seeing this first piece on display was both exciting and emotional. I’m incredibly happy to begin this journey and share these stories through Somewhere.
