Murph is happening this Monday at CrossFit Somonauk, and we’d love to have the community out!

While participants take on the workout, we’ll also have the bounce house set up for kids to enjoy, making it a fun morning for the whole family ☀️🇺🇸

The workout starts at 9am, and spectators, friends, and families are all welcome to come hang out and cheer everyone on.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news at Aftermath Rec Center!

Please join us in welcoming Stephanie Hirner, a longtime friend and highly experienced massage therapist with 19 years in the field. Stephanie is the owner of Head2Soul and specializes in trigger point therapy, and she is also a Reiki Master Practitioner.

This week, she will be settling into her new space upstairs at the rec center and will be ready to start taking clients next week!
