Today, we’re celebrating one of our incredible Y members, James, who is 98 years young!

A longtime member, James can be found at the Y most days getting in a workout. His dedication to staying active is an inspiration to all of us.

At the Y, we like to think of our seniors as active older adults—because age is just one part of the story. It’s never too late to move, connect, and keep doing the things you love.
