Stage Soup

Stage Soup Fun drama programs for kids Stage Soup is a drama program for children of all ages. The program is based on kindness, respect, safety, and of course, fun!

Run by seasoned actress, director, and drama teacher Ryan Bailey, the program is designed to introduce kids to the magic of theater. Past sessions have included both after school programs as well as summer camps. We have put on exciting productions including Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, and Charlotte's Web. We have also led students in engaging games designed to teach them important

skills such as creativity, teamwork, confidence, and flexibility. We have been proud to feature experts in the field to provide students with seminars in dance, art, stage combat, and various other theatrical specialties. Currently we are offering a FREE outdoor winter session in Weymouth, MA for kids ages 6-12 on Tuesday afternoons. Covid 19 safety measures are in place. Future plans include a 2 week outdoor drama day camp to be held SUMMER of 2021 in Somerville, MA. Message for details!

Announcing Stage Soup South: Pandemic Edition! After a long hiatus, the folks at Stage Soup are brewing up some drama fun for the kiddos this winter.

What: Drama club featuring fun theater games and acting training.

Dates/times: TBD but hoping to start next week, one afternoon per week.

Who: Kids ages 6-12

Cost: Free

Where: Looking for an appropriate outdoor location in the South Weymouth area. Suggestions welcome for a park or yard where we could do this. Ideally one with a bathroom.

Covid Safety: Masks and distancing will be happening.
