Hello everyone! Thank you for joining us at the *grand opening of Diwakar Performing Arts Group!* We're excited to have you and can't wait to see you in our sessions. Here are the class details:

Sunday - Adult Fitness Class | Time: 9:45 AM* Our fitness class offers a blend of cardio, strength training, and weight loss, all while promoting mental well-being. During the 1-hour and 15-minute session, we aim for 40 minutes of cardio with Bollywood, Latin, and Bhangra music, followed by 20 minutes of full-body workout, and finally, a 15-minute cool-down with stretch good for full-body workout.

11:00 Am Teen Bollywood class for 11 years and up...

Tuesday - 5:30 Bollywood class for kids 7 years and up

6:45 pm -7:30 pm Full Body Workout In this class, we focus on bodywork and core strengthening, helping you tone your body and gain strength.

7:30 -8:30 pm Bollywood Advanced Dance Choreography |Time:

7:30 p.m.* to 8:30 p.m. This class is specially designed for advanced adult students who love to perform.
