One of the highlights of Frontier Days 2026 was listening to The Sandhill Kid share traditional folk music throughout the village. 🎶

His performance of a classic American folk favorite helped transport visitors back in time and added to the authentic frontier atmosphere that made this year’s event so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Frontier Days 2026 and helped make our “Passport to the Past” theme a success. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Our 2026 Frontier Days season planning is going on and we are pleased to announce our theme - Passport to the Past!
this year, the Frontier Days committee is honoring Ron Newsum posthumously as our 2026 Grand Marshal. His dedication, community service and actions to recognize veterans through the Honor Flight program are truly characteristics that deserve this honor.
