Due to our concern for the safety of our customers during the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the United States, we have come to the carefully considered decision to temporarily close The Ultimate Escape Rooms and suspend any games for a week until the 19th of March. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause our customers, but we believe this is the best option available to us to ensure the continued safety of both our customers and our staff, which is always our first priority.
We will continue updating our customers with social media and on our website, as this situation develops, on whether we will be opening on the 20th or extending our temporary closure.

As a member of this community, we at The Ultimate Escape Rooms want to emphasize our commitment to providing both a fun and safe experience for our escape room participants. We are aware of the pandemic COVID-19 and the associated dangers of contagion through contact with physical objects or through airborne exposure. In response to this when we reopen we will have completely sanitized the rooms, and implemented stricter sanitation policies for public spaces and game rooms. While rooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly, a greater emphasis is being placed on this process between games to reduce the spread of contagion in accordance with recommendations set out by the California Public Health Department.

We thank all our customers for their patience at this time, and we look forward to having you play at The Ultimate Escape Rooms in the near future!
