And That's a Wrap!
What. A. Weekend.
After three incredible days of events, we're wrapping up an unforgettable Summer Festival weekend—and honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything better.
First and foremost, THANK YOU to our amazing Solon Recreation Department and Solon Center for the Arts staff. Many of you put in 10–15 hour days for three days straight, and your hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication made every event possible. It was a marathon, but it was absolutely worth it. You all rocked!
From the Pickleball Tournament, 5K & Kids Donut Dash, and our very first Cardboard Boat Races, there was a little friendly competition for everyone. Then our community came together for an incredible Solon PD Night Out & Movie in the Park | Zootopia 2, followed by a fantastic City of Solon | Summer Festival 2026 presented by Swagelok filled with music, food, family fun, and community spirit.
A special thank you also goes to our City of Solon, Ohio Police Department Government, Solon Fire Rescue, and Service Department. Your support behind the scenes—and throughout the weekend—helped ensure every event was safe, smooth, and successful. We truly couldn't do it without you.
Finally, thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, performed, participated, and cheered us on. Seeing our community come together to laugh, compete, celebrate, and make memories is exactly what these events are all about.
