Mondays & Wednesday Private lessons are taught by Christina!

Christina is an amazing swim instructor and actually trains our new instructors, teaches our parent and child class as well as coaches our Soledad Sharks Competitive Swim Team! Christina has been with the district for years and has helped plenty of swimmers of different levels. Consider booking with her today if you want to challenge and develop your swimming skills!

Tuesday & Thursday Private lessons are taught by Mia!

Mia was one of our amazing evening instructors this summer and was very popular. Mia has taught many different swimmers ranging from babies to Adults, she is the instructor for our Adult & Teen Lessons that happen on Fridays! She has a lot of kindness and patience for kids that may need extra one on one attention as well and is a great option for kiddos.

Friday Private Lessons are taught by Ximena!

Ximena is a bilingual instruction that has been at the rec for years! She has taught many different swimmers from littles to Adults, she is also one of our Adult & Teen instructors! She works well at developing efficient strokes and working at a persons skill level and accomplishing goals the swimmer sets!

Congratulations and Good Job to our Soledad Sharks Swim Team 🦈🏊🏼‍♀️

This past weekend they competed at the King City Swim Meet and came home with plenty of ribbons! 🥇Both age groups work so hard practicing 4 days a week, keep up the amazing work Soledad Sharks 🫶🏼

A short appreciation post for our Lifeguard & Swim Instructor of the Week! 🛟🏊🏼‍♀️

• Natalie is in her first summer here at the Recreation District and she doing an amazing job! She always shows up on time and with a good attitude. Natalie always ensures patron safety and finishes any task assigned to completion! If you visit for a rec swim or swimming lessons and see her say Hi and drop a gold coin in her box!

• Mariana is on her THIRD summer here at the Recreation District as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard. She was chosen as swim instructor of the week because she is always on time, genuinely cares for her students whether they are in our Group Swimming Lessons or coming to us from our SUSD partnerships! She teaches them an important life skill and cares about their swimming success! Leave a gold coin for Mariana if you stop by the facility!

Private Swimming Lesson 🏊🏼‍♀️ with our amazing instructor Mari are now Available!!

• Mari teaches in the evenings starting at 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM

•Mari is a great instructor for people of all ages. She can help with specific goals you may want to get out of the private lessons. She is great at building confidence in the water as well as refining stroke development for all four swim strokes. Book with Mari if you’re looking to advance you or your child’s swimming skills!

Dive in to Private Lessons with Derrik! 🏊🏼‍♂️

• He is available in the Mornings starting at 9:00AM - 11:30AM you can book as far ahead as you want or day by day! Which ever works best for your schedule :)

• Derrik is good with swimmers of all levels and ages in building confidence and skill in the water. He also works well with refining technique and building a tailored lesson to each individual person based on what they want out of private lessons.
