If you have spare embroidery hoops, please consider donating them for the upcoming Fireweed Fiber Guild event at the Soldotna Library.

The Fireweed Fiber Guild is seeking donations of at least, 10 embroidery hoops for an upcoming class at the Soldotna Library on 10/17/26. If you can help out , please drop off hoops at the Fiber Palace Studio & Education Center . This will be a guild sponsored event.

Hi Weaving Fans---the Fiber Palace Studio will be closed on August 14, 2026 as we are participating with the Fireweed Fiber Guild in the Kenai Peninsula Fair this weekend. If you are out and about please stop by and visit. Throughout the weekend we will have spinners, quilters, weavers, felters, basket weavers showing off their skills and sharing their fiber passions.

With the days getting a little shorter and nights a little cooler the Fiber Palace is getting back into the swing on classes and we've gotten a head start on posting our September calendar too.

Also remember we love to provide private classes for groups between 4-8. Give us a call, text or email to chat about class types, dates, prices, etc.

Don't you just love when the snow melts and you see all sorts of amazing plants and trees just waiting to show off--We do!!

We enjoy sharing our fiber passion with you as well!! We will be holding Basket Weaving and Wet Felting landscape classes in May. Keep an eye on our page as we expect to add Embroidery and Crochet classes too.

Look forward to additional classes in June and throughout the summer. Have a class you don't see but would like, let us know.

Also, we love holding private classes--so if you a group of 4-8 people that would like their own class, reach out to us and we can discuss class options, dates and pricing.
