I came across these practice pads while cleaning out a drawer today. I often get asked how I got into this - honestly I just wanted to get my own brows done, and then became obsessed with the beauty of a well-done hairstroke pattern. Not to be corny, but I could literally feel the passion taking root in my soul! So I signed up for a training and quit my well-paying corporate job to pursue this full time.

It was scary and I was broke, but now Iā€™m 8 years and thousands of clients in, and Iā€™m still in love with this craft! For those of you thinking of learning or getting your own brows doneā€¦

ā€¢ Itā€™s not easy, and will take hundreds and hundreds of hours of practice to master
ā€¢ Permanent Makeup is not a ā€œget rich quickā€ business
ā€¢ Brows are not a side-hustle; they require singular dedication
ā€¢ Good brows are expensive because youā€™re paying for years of unseen practice
ā€¢ You should love doing brows so much that theyā€™re all you think about!
ā€¢ If you donā€™t feel this ^ way about brows, walking away is the right thing to do; donā€™t mess up peopleā€™s faces please.
