Don’t wait till the last minute! If you’re planning to apply to this year’s Snohomish Studio Tour, applications are due Friday. Give yourself time to format and upload your photos and videos, and have a short 3 sentence statement in 3rd person ready. These are the things that will take the most time.

Artists from Snohomish County are invited to apply. If you don’t have a studio there is the option to apply as a guest artist. If you want to apply with your studio, your studio needs to be within the Snohomish School District boundaries.

Here's one of the many things that Mike did around the studio to keep it stocked and running smoothly. He collects the clay slop to recycle it so that it can be made the right consistency for throwing on the wheel.

Happy Sunday! Many have asked how they could help Mike, our amazing studio and kiln tech at Burkhead Art Center. While attending the CCACA ceramic conference in California, Mike was hit by a car while crossing the street in a crosswalk. He sustained injuries that have made him unable to work for a while as he navigates the medical system and heals. https://gofund.me/16cfd5d87

Hi all,
Many have asked how they could help Mike during his recovery from the accident that he had while attending the CCACA conference in California this year. If you didn’t hear, Mike got hit by a car while he was crossing the street in a crosswalk.
