The world lost one of the best huggers and smile that lit up the room. D.J. Even from a little kid could hug your entire body so tight and have you feel how much he loved you. He was always ready to try new things and loved watching his big sister dance. He eventually decided to take classes. Though 10 years later since these pictures , I know not much changed. Enjoy that highway in the sky. FLY HIGH D.J. 18 was just to young. To carrie, Anthony, and Isabelle … sending all the peace and love my former little dance center can to you today.

Over the next few weeks the memories of dance rehearsals and recitals will pop up. After a decade plus of a weekend full of excitement, stress, the smell of hairspray and makeup, sequins, kids practicing in the halls, dads getting nervous for their dance, lights gleaming, programs created, trophy’s hidden and waiting, and finally seeing my beautiful dancers glide, flip, turn, and express themselves on stage….not having one leaves a hole that I don’t know how to fill. I miss every aspect , emotion, little moment, person, creativity adventure, and beautiful chaos. Hoping in a few months to find it again.

Tonight February 24 , 2025 will be our last class. Thank you to everyone that has supported our small but mighty dance center. Hopefully this is not a goodbye but a see you later. May we dance again. I love each and everyone of yall. And wish it could be different.
