I shared in my last post about this organization my friend told me about I was just awarded a mini-catalyst grant to support me in doing what I love to do.
My creative project will be delivered virtually to those who have a difficult time getting out of the house during the cold winter months. My intention is to spread love, hope, and interconnectedness as I use art to promote mindfulness and well being. Stay tuned for more details.

I recently learned about the organization. They are all about cultivating peace, joy, appreciation passion and love.

After reading the manifesto on their website I was prompted to take the let's choose love pledge. 3 easy steps: Pledge it! Claim it (they have stickers!) and then Live it. (do an act of love this week and share it.)

Well true to my 'neighborhood kid wrangler' persona I am never without a few kids at my door. This time we made fall themed art.

It is great to connect with others who are taking action to pour love into our world.

Sacred friends come home

Decided that I needed a Sacred Makers haiku.

I have come to expect an amazing experience at Sacred Makers. Each time I visit I lay down my burdens at the lake. Then I breath in the love from the lake and the whispers from the woods. My soul performs a symbiotic dance with this magical place and all of you Sacred Makers.

I hope the energy of this experience continues to flow through us as we create and ripple out love, peace and joy into the world.

My beautiful friend and Owl-Create VIP, Tina Riley of Tina Riley IMAGINariums, is shining her Light and sharing her gifts with us in this month's creative recovery playshop. Creative connection plus some hands-on making! Sounds de-lightful, yeah?

Tina & I met online post-covid in a synchronous encounter and learned that we were practically neighbors. Our friendship and our creative recovery journeys led us to a Lilli Lewis concert in Lewes, Delaware. It feels apropos to share "O, Let Your Light Shine Bright" as the official invitation for you to join us for the playshop next Wednesday.
