We’re still finalizing all the fun details (classes, meals, pricing, and more), but wanted you to save the date now!

Hello Crafters,
We are going to miss seeing all of you this spring!! And after careful consideration, we've decided that a sale will not be feasible this year. However, we're excited to share that plans are already underway for a Crafters Exchange sale in the Spring of 2027 (April).

In the meantime, we're thrilled to introduce a brand-new event we're planning for this August — the Crafters Exchange CAFE!

What is CAFE?
CAFE stands for Crafting And Fellowship Event. It's a weekend dedicated to creativity, connection, and community. Whether your passion is scrapbooking, knitting, painting, crocheting, cross-stitching, or another creative outlet, we invite you to come join us for a weekend filled with artistic focus, fun and laughter, old and new friendships, and delicious food!

Tentative Event Details
Thursday - Saturday, August 13 - 15, 2026, at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Estimated Cost
Approximately $170 – $180 per person (Hotel accommodations not included)

What's Included
Three full days of dedicated crafting time, with ample workspace for your supplies (rooms open daily from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

Buffet-style lunch and/or dinner each day (some meals may be on your own)

Daily snack service

“Make & Take” sessions featuring a variety of techniques, such as cardmaking, scrapbooking, and knitting (all materials provided)

Games, activities, and prizes

To ensure we create the best possible experience, we need your input soon. Your feedback will help guide key decisions as we move forward.

Update: see our next post about our Crafters Exchange Cafe event. We have decided not to have a craft sale and just have a weekend event of crafters working on their projects and have a few classes.

HELLO CRAFTERS - Since I was not able to coordinate a spring Crafters Exchange this year, I’ve received many inquiries about when the next sale will be held. I’m excited to share that I’m looking into the possibility of hosting a sale late summer or early fall—most likely August, September time frame! Right now I’m searching for the perfect location, since Lane Agri-Park isn’t available for the rest of this year.

While planning, I’ve been thinking about ways to make this event even more fun and creative. I'm tossing around the idea of including a scrapbooking crop during the Crafters Exchange Sale —possibly Thursday through Saturday or Sunday. The crop room would be open 24 hours, so you could craft late into the night or take a break and rest in your hotel room.

We may also be able to offer a few cardmaking or scrapbook page classes during the event!

To see if this idea is doable, I’d love your input. Would you be interested in attending a crop during the week of the Crafters Exchange if we held it at a nearby hotel? Your feedback will help me determine space needs as to how many meeting rooms and hotel rooms to reserve for the sale and crop. I’m currently focusing on Murfreesboro as the potential location.

It's time to organize! I'm a scrapbooker and also learning about cardmaking. Let's talk about stamps and die storage!

I'm in the process of organizing my craft space and I need ideas for die storage. I want to see how everyone stores their crafting dies. Let's see pictures of what you do.

Do you store them in a bin? In a binder? In a drawer?
What if you have stamps and dies that go together as a set? Do you store the two together, even though the stamps may be separated from your other stamp sets because they have dies that go with them?

These are the crazy things I ponder when I'm trying to figure out how to store all my stuff! Give me the skinny on what you do.

Who wants to organize with me this year?? I have A LOT to do!

I am also learning how to use Airtable to keep up with what I have. I'm listing everything in there and adding pictures of the items in my list. I have already input my ink pads and added pictures of the ink colors to my list.
