Our T.A.G.S. (Tagging Assistance Guaranteed Service) will also open September 1 at 7:00 AM for those who would like a little help getting their items ready for the sale.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: TAGGING SERVICE WILL HAVE VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY!

📌One important change for 2027: We’ll be using one side of the building at our venue, which means we’ll have less space than usual. That also means fewer consignor spots may be available.

What an AMAZING weekend at the ScrappyShak Retreat in Helen, GA! ✂️💖🎨

We had SO much fun crafting, laughing, learning, and making new friends! One of the highlights was getting to meet the fabulous Catherine Pooler and Erika from her team! They were an absolute blast, and they brought so much fun and creativity to the weekend with THREE awesome class sessions! 🥰✨

We also had the pleasure of meeting Emily from Emily Moore Designs! She is every bit as sweet as you would imagine, and I absolutely LOVE her beautiful designs and products! 💕🎨

And, of course, the Scrappy Shak crew are simply THE BEST! They put together such a fun, creative, and memorable event. You can tell how much love and hard work goes into making this retreat so special! ❤️

We’re leaving Helen Sunday afternoon with full hearts, lots of inspiration, new crafty friends, and probably WAY too many things added to our crafting wish list! 😂✂️🛍️

And I had the best time going on adventures with my roomie Jennifer from One Stop Apothecary Shop!

💜 An Update About the Crafters Exchange Café Retreat Weekend

It is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's Crafters Exchange Café Retreat Weekend.

This wasn't an easy decision. Over the past several months, so much time, planning, and love went into creating what we hoped would become a special annual gathering for our crafting community. From planning classes and activities to designing special keepsakes for our inaugural retreat, every detail was created with you in mind.

Unfortunately, we did not receive enough registrations to make the event possible this year.

To everyone who registered, shared our posts, encouraged us, or simply believed in this new adventure—thank you. Your support has meant the world to me.

If you registered for the retreat, your registration fee will be refunded in full through PayPal. I'll also be reaching out to you personally with a small surprise as a thank-you for believing in our very first retreat.

While I'm disappointed that we won't be crafting together this August, I haven't given up on the vision for Crafters Exchange Café. Your feedback and encouragement have been invaluable, and I hope this is simply the beginning of something that will grow into a wonderful tradition in the future.

We've been working hard to create the very first Crafters Exchange Café Retreat Weekend, and we're wondering if the timing is what's keeping some of you from attending.

🤔 If we moved the retreat to September 17–19, would you be more likely to attend?

❌ NO – Those dates still wouldn't work.

If your answer is No, we'd really appreciate knowing why. Is it the date, location, cost, time of year, classes, or something else? Your feedback will help us plan an event that works for more crafters in the future.

Our goal is to create a weekend where crafters can relax, spread out, learn something new, make friends, and enjoy uninterrupted time doing what they love. Your input is an important part of making that happen.

A Personal Update from Pam...

Over the past several months, we've poured our hearts into planning the very first Crafters Exchange Café Crafting & Fellowship Weekend. Along with our amazing instructors, we've planned classes, activities, meals, door prizes, and so many special touches to make this a fun and relaxing weekend for our crafting community.

Unfortunately, we haven't received enough registrations to move forward with confidence.

This week, I'll have to make the difficult decision of whether the retreat can go on as planned.

If you've been thinking about joining us but have been waiting to register, I hope you'll consider doing so now.

This weekend is about more than crafting—it's about stepping away from everyday responsibilities, spending time with people who share your passion, learning something new, and enjoying uninterrupted time to create.

✨ Every attendee will have their own 6-foot crafting table.
✨ Classes are ready.
✨ Meals are planned.
✨ The goodie bags and door prizes are waiting.
✨ All that's missing is you.

If we aren't able to move forward, everyone who has registered will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

No more sharing your workspace! Bring your scrapbook pages, sewing projects, yarn, cardmaking supplies, quilting projects, Cricut machine, and all your creative ideas—you'll have plenty of room to spread out and leave everything set up overnight.
