A little less than one week!! I thought I would add a picture of myself so you can put a face to these posts:)
Have you signed your student up yet? email me at [email protected] to sign up for the first week! Here are some details again:)
- Classes start Aug 23rd!
- $15/hr with the first class free! Let your student try it out before you commit!
- As of right now, I am offering two classes: 4-7 yr olds (5:00-6:00) & 8-12 year-olds (6:00-7:00)! If you have a student that is older than this interested, let me know and I can see if we can work out adding another class or doing a private lesson to start!
- We will be meeting at Lakeshore Christian Church Smyrna (email me for the day! Just want to only make it known to those interested for safety purposes)

Hi! I wanted to do a little get to know me & my dance journey post!

My name is Emma:)
- I am about to be a sophomore at MTSU studying interior design!
- I have danced on and off since I was about four years old.
- I did contemporary ballet for 8 years before getting burnt out by it. To me, ballet felt really restrictive and strict (although I still love it & the technique is super necessary!).
- After taking a few years off, I found a wonderful new studio that changed my view of dance! It was a judgement-free, non competitive, safe place! We built on ballet technique but explored other styles such as lyrical, contemporary & modern which I completely fell in love with! My hope is to create a space like that with La vie est belle:)
- also! If you were curious, La vie est belle means life is beautiful in French:)

Hello! Welcome to La vie est belle’s homepage:)
I am very excited to be hosting classes at Lakeshore Christian Church Smyrna this upcoming school year! Here is a little info:

-I will be offering 2 one hour classes once a week!
4-7 year olds✨-a jump into the basics of dance! Kids will learn some basic ballet/ dance terminology and skills such as plies, tendus, and leaps all while in a fun and exciting learning environment!
8-12 year olds✨-all skill levels! Students will learn and build of off basic ballet/ dance termanology and skills. They will learn and participate in barre combinations, across-the-floor combos, turns, as well as some strength training, to help get them where they want to go!
(if you have a student older than 12 that would be interested, I am open to adding more classes!)
- $15/hour with the first class free! If it ends up being a good fit you can pay monthly or for the whole semester:)

My goal is to create a safe, encouraging, and judgment-free space for new & experienced dancers to learn and grow together:)!!
