Dear valued customers, JCC Performing Arts sincerely apologizes for our ticketing software crashing today at 1:31pm. While we all understand that technology is great when it works, we also understand the great frustration and anxiety it creates when it doesn't. Unfortunately we experienced our online sales not functional, our being locked out of in house sales, and our phones lines down. I and our college's front desk fielded over 600+ phone calls, but we were paralyzed waiting for tech support to fix the unfortunate glitch. Thankfully we were back up and operational by 3:00pm. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience today, but please don't hesitate to call me personally weekdays 9am - 3pm @ (919) 209-2112 should you need any assistance with purchasing tickets. Sincerely, Ken
Mitchell, Associate Vice President of Auxiliary Enterprises.
