🎶 Meet Skylar Cook 🎶

Singer. Songwriter. Multi-instrumentalist. Dreamer.

From singing as a little kid to performing for audiences across Cache Valley and Idaho, Skylar Cook has been turning a lifelong passion into a growing music career. Influenced by artists like Stevie Nicks, Paramore, and Chris Cornell, Skylar’s music blends alternative rock, grunge, and emotionally driven songwriting.

🎶 Ready to explore the science of sound and create your own music? 🎶

Whether it’s your first time joining us or you attended our last class, there’s always something new to discover at our FREE Seize The Stage Music Camp at the North Logan Library!

Learn how sound works, experiment with the sounds around you, and discover how musicians and producers turn those sounds into music. This hands-on class gives students the opportunity to explore creativity, music production, and music creation in a fun and engaging environment.

This free class is also a perfect introduction to Seize The Night Records’ summer music programs at our studio. If you enjoy the class, you can continue developing your skills all summer long through Little Dippers and Seize The Stage.

🎶 FREE SCIENCE OF SOUND CLASS 🎶

Want a sneak peek at what our summer music camps are all about? Join us for a FREE Science of Sound class at the North Logan Library and discover how music, science, and creativity come together.

Students will explore how sound works, experiment with rhythm and frequency, and learn how to create music using the sounds around them. It’s the perfect introduction to the hands-on experiences we offer in our summer camps and private lessons at Seize The Night Records.

• Tuesdays: Ages 4–8
• Thursdays: Ages 9–12
• Explore instruments, sound waves, rhythm, recording, and music creation in a fun, interactive environment.

🎤 Seize The Stage (Ages 13–18)
• Tuesdays & Thursdays (students attend both days)
• Learn songwriting, recording, beat making, music production, live sound basics, and how songs are created in a professional recording studio.
