A group of Slippery Rock University students visiting Cartagena, Colombia was so excited to be there they were literally dancing in the streets. Granted, that sort of thing could be expected since they were members of SRU’s Afro-Colombia Dance Ensemble

The members of ACDE have officially made it home and we miss Colombia already! A huge thank you to our director Melissa Teodoro for allowing us to explore her country, conduct research, and learn a new piece to add to our repertoire. The last ten days were filled with memories that will last a lifetime and we are so grateful!
