THE STORY: Anna is a brilliant astronomer at the peak of her career, until a sudden accident strips away her ability to speak. What follows is a deeply moving, surprisingly funny and truly beautiful story, and one of the most interesting plays you'll ever see. We think you're going to love it!

Performances will be October 16-25.

Confluence is a wonderful story, and a world premiere of an original play by a Wisconsin writer. In spring, we will take this show into competition at the state (and hopefully regional and national level). Young storytellers took over the stage today! 🎭✍️

We had a blast hosting 40+ talented young writers from the Slinger Authors Club at Kettle Moraine Playhouse this morning.

The kids explored every corner of the theater, getting a behind-the-scenes look at the green room, backstage, and the tech deck (where Mike ringing our original church bell was an instant hit! 🔔). They discovered the history of our building’s former life as an old church and got introduced to the legend of the ghost light (and our very own ghost light, Millie.) 👻💡

After the tour, inspiration took over. The kids scattered around the space to write, and appropriately enough, a few even penned original plays and acted them out right on our stage.

Thanks for bringing your incredible creativity and energy to KMP, Slinger Authors Club. Come back anytime!
