Our FIRST EVER Community Chili Challenge is coming Thursday, October 1 at The Harbor Center and you won't want to miss it!

🍲 Taste chili from DOZENS of teams and vote for your favorite!
🎟️ Adults: $10 | Kids: $5 (seriously, you can't even get fast food for that!)

Think YOU make the best chili in your family? Do you make okay chili but to promote your business while supporting a great cause? Enter a team for just $75!

All proceeds benefit Friends of the Harbor Center events, including our Senior Citizen Appreciation Luncheon and the USMC Reserve Band Holiday Concert. 🎶

Update: Boy, ya'll are really ready to participate! We have SOLD OUT all of the 35 food truck spaces for 2027. If you would like to be considered for the waitlist, please email the menu.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 🎉 WOW. You all absolutely showed up and showed OUT for the 2026 Louisiana Food Truck Festival — and we are still smiling! 😭🙌

We are thrilled to announce that this year was our BIGGEST FESTIVAL EVER with a record-breaking 50% increase in attendance over last year! To every single person who came out, waited in those lines, and cheered on our incredible vendors — THANK YOU. ❤️

We know some of you were left wanting more when trucks sold out early (we felt that too! 😅), but every vendor in every truck, trailer, and tent gave it absolutely everything they had.

Still buzzing from Saturday — THANK YOU to everyone who came out! 🙌 Mark your calendars now and the next Festival is March 20, 2027.

We've been flooded with vendor inquiries, so here's the scoop:

🕒 Current vendors have until April 5 to confirm their spot.
🌟 New vendor registration opens Monday, April 6!

Note: We limit vendors by food type to keep things fresh and varied for attendees, so the sooner you register, the better!

We are EXHAUSTED and we have never been happier about it. 😅🙌

Today's Food Truck Festival broke records — the crowds were absolutely INSANE and the most we've ever seen. You all showed up and we are honestly speechless.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made today one for the books. 🎉
