sometimes when i close my eyes i see myself as one with this place, and we're always creating something together.
i usually don't know what that is until i look up from my ipad after an hour in flow state and really see what's looking back at me...

then i come back to earth and go about my day grocery shopping or feeding the dog, ha!

what a gift to be completely immersed in something beyond me, but always able to come back to being 100% human. that is the realest creative practice.

life is incredibly surreal. hope you can find the awe somewhere creative too!

for a long time i let everyone convince me that not being on social media would hold me back.

all the while i can feel-in my body especially-that the opposite is true.

i know there is more authenticity and connection on the internet outside of social media & i'm going to find it.

last year i went through a major evolution & i think i may have turned into cosmic dust without my expansive connection to the earth.

i was always zoomed out, thinking worlds beyond the present moment, yet still tethered to this life.

this year holds a different theme - one i'm not sure how to put into words yet.

so, as i share this season of art, i encourage you to sit with how it makes you feel vs trying to define what it means.
