Since opening our doors in 2002, The Dance Factory continues to offer dance classes in an encouraging, welcoming and inclusive environment for all skill levels (ages 3-18). At The Dance Factory we are committed to providing a program of dance instruction in a safe, warm, friendly and welcoming environment. We provide opportunities for dancers of all ages and levels to learn skills, technique, and

to develop their talents to the fullest potential. Our programs aim to build confidence, self-esteem, creativity and grace for all dancers--from Pre-School through High School!

🤪‼️SPIRIT WEEK STARTS TODAY‼️🤪

Throughout the week, dancers are encouraged to have fun and show their creativity by dressing up according to each day’s theme.

Here’s what we have planned:

Monday – Maniac Monday: Crazy outfits, wild hair, and anything over-the-top🤪
Tuesday – Tie Dye Tuesday: Bright and colorful tie-dye looks🩵💙💛❤️
Wednesday – “What Are Those?!” Meme Wednesday: Dress as your favorite viral meme🥐
Thursday – Throwback Thursday: Represent a different decade or wear an old costume🦸🏼‍♀️
Friday – Fandom Friday: Show your team spirit with a sports jersey🏈⚾️
Saturday – Sleepy Saturday: Come cozy in your pajamas💤

Participation is completely optional, but we encourage everyone to join in and make the week extra fun!

As always, please ensure outfits are appropriate for movement and safe for dancing.

We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity—let’s make it a fantastic week!

WHAT. A. WEEKEND. 🤯🔥✨ ASH Convention (2/6–2/8) gave us everything and more!
Our dancers trained all weekend with industry professionals, hit the stage with 2 group performances + 2 solos, and absolutely showed up. We are beyond proud to share that both group dances received Entertainment Awards, and a solo was honored with a Choreography Award 🏆👏
The love didn’t stop there!  ✨ Lara received a discounted scholarship to a future ASH event ✨ Ezra & Leila earned Faculty Picks ✨ Callie was awarded a generous financial scholarship to AMDA
PLUS, Amaiya was selected to perform in the Closing Show with theCompany — an incredible honor and unforgettable experience 🌟🔥
And a special shoutout to Miss Anna, who was called out in the Intermediate Ballroom to dance with the ASH assistants; a true testament to work ethic and passion 💪🖤
Most importantly, our dancers embraced a brand-new experience, performed with confidence, and put their best foot forward every single moment. So many memories made, so much learned, and we cannot wait to bring all of this growth back into the classroom!

After an amazing week of Holiday Observations, it’s time for much needed rest! We will be closed for winter break beginning today, 12/22 through Sunday, 1/4. Classes will resume Monday, 1/5!

❄️HOLIDAY OBSERVATION BEGINS NEXT WEEK (12/15-12/20)❄️

🤍 Next week, the studio door will be open for family and friends to come inside and observe their dancer’s class! Our teachers and students have been working hard to prepare a wonderful experience, so we hope you’ll join us.

🩵 All observations will take place during your dancer’s regular class time, so please arrive on time.

📸 And don’t forget your camera!! We encourage you to take plenty of photos and videos!!

It’s official… our 2026 Recital Theme is “The Best is Yet to Come; Heal, Overcome, Persevere, Empower” 🩵✨
🤍✨🩵✨💙✨

The theme of the Dance Factory 2026 recital is healing, overcoming, perseverance, empowerment, and hope. Healing is about mending the parts of ourselves that have been hurt — finding comfort, strength, and peace again. Overcoming is facing challenges, fears, or setbacks and choosing to move forward anyway.
Perseverance means not giving up, even when things are hard, tiring, or messy. It’s showing up to class, trying again, and growing a little stronger each time.
Empowerment is realizing your own power — the moment you stand taller, believe in yourself, and know that your voice and presence matter. And hope is the light that keeps us going. It’s the belief that tomorrow can be better, that new beginnings are possible, and that we are not stuck in our hardest moments forever.
As you learn and perform your dances this year, we ask you to bring passion and all of these qualities into every step — dance with heart, with courage, and with the belief that your story matters on that stage. This recital will look and feel different for everyone, depending on where you are in your life right now. But our message is the same for all of you: no matter what you’ve been through, the best is yet to come.
