Dear Friends of Fine Line Designs,
After 26 wonderful years at Fine Line Designs Gallery, we are announcing the retirement of a very special member of our gallery family, Claudia Alt(aka the lady from California)
For 26 years, she has welcomed and assisted our customers, worked closely with our artists, and helped make the gallery the special place it is today. Her dedication, knowledge, kindness, and genuine care for our customers and artists have meant so much to all of us. As a gallery owner, I could not have asked for a better employee, friend or someone more dependable to have by my side over the years.
Her last day was Monday, August 31. Feel to share a story here or email the gallery and wish her well as she begins having every day off!
I want to thank Claudia for 26 years of hard work, friendship, and commitment to Fine Line Designs Gallery. She truly made a difference, and will be greatly missed.

Join us tonight from 4-6:30 PM for our Artist’ Opening Reception, featuring oil painter Bonnie Paruch, woodcarver Thomas Tyers, and pastel artist Alberta Marana. All three artists are here to meet and greet you!
Heading to the Peninsula music festival performance at the DCA tonight? There’s plenty of time to stop by the reception before the show, so come and enjoy the visual arts first and then take in an evening of beautiful performing arts.

Make a night of it and celebrate both! We’d love to see you at the reception and send you off to the performance inspired.

Trunk Show - August 13th, 1:00-6:30 and Friday, August 14th from 10-3. Susan’s original impetus to create jewelry was born out of a desire to find a way to protect, elevate and carry her found treasures. Although scavenged beach stones have long been a predominant voice in her work, she also likes to companion them with bold colorful enamels. This show will uniquely showcase her exploration of other materials and techniques, including Keum Boo, the process of fusing 24k gold to fine silver. All her work is fueled by the organic world. jewelry

Exhibit Three is beautifully hung and ready to welcome you! ✨ We’re thrilled to feature the work of Bonnie Paruch, Alberta Marana, and Tom Tyers in this thoughtfully curated exhibition, bringing together beautiful perspectives, textures, and artistry. Join us for the Opening Reception Thursday, August 13 from 4–6:30 PM for an evening of art, pleasant conversation, hors d’ oeurves and refreshments.
