Self growth isn’t always exciting. Becoming somebody new often means grieving somebody old and that’s a difficult experience.

We all want to point at the other in an effort to explain why we reacted a certain way. The reality is you have a choice, regardless of their behavior, and we need to start teaching this at the childhood level. My programs are attempting to reach teenagers ages 10 to 18 in an effort to help them thrive even when they are trying to survive. Creativity is self-discovery; no, you do not have to be an artist in order to discover more about who you are. Many people believe that our Self Discovery Through Art book is just that, an Art book, but they couldn’t be further from the truth.
