ay! The MEMBER agrees by reserving they are a living man/woman and that his/her name of the MEMBER on this Agreement, and does not represent a corporation or person. HONORARIUM/GIFT TYPE: The MEMBER understands that all monies gifted and conveyed per 12 USC 411 will be in lawful money only. Under no consideration shall it be interpreted that Federal Reserve Notes “FRN’s” are able to replace the Coinage Act of 1873 for lawful money; however, MEMBER agrees that in the event that FRN’s are the transmitting utility, that the Collective Entity Doctrine does NOT apply. $1.00 from each member ticket creates the member day pass. TERMS OF SERVICE: The MEMBER is bound by the PMA rules and acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to abide by the rules located on activity waiver or website FAQ section which may change from time to time. MEMBER PERKS: MEMBER’s receive a $5.00 off per participant for any additional reservations made in the same day after the first appointment. MEMBER’s can also reserve banquet or party spaces as long as space is available. MEMBER may receive private invitations to special speakers, bible studies, events, and other such opportunities.
