Midtown is a radio-hour style show with songs, skits, and stories made by and for Sioux Falls locals. Riverfest is an annual celebration of the Big Sioux River, the river that defines our city. It's the collab that EVERYONE has been waiting for!

Join us on Friday, Sept 4 for a live recording of "Episode 32: Midtown: A River Runs Through It" - a river-themed show that kicks off the Riverfest in Midtown-style!

Ahoy, Midtowners!

We can't wait to dive into our 6th season of Midtown with a show dedicated to our city's namesake, the Big Sioux River and her Falls! So, join us on Friday, September 4th at the historic Orpheum Theater in DTSF for the show we're simply calling: "Midtown: A River Runs Through It."

We are excited to partner with and their signature event, Riverfest, for this show. Riverfest is a huge celebration of the river that takes place on September 19 in DTSF... down by the river! You can expect a Midtown show that positively overflows with water-adjacent songs, made-for-radio skits, fish stories (don't get, started...), and far too many river puns. We will also attempt to make amends for all the jokes we have made about our fair river over the years. Don't miss the boat and get those tickets!

Like the home decor stores that already have Halloween merch out, it's time to start thinking about the fall, and, of course, the next Midtown season! Midtown Coffee Radio Hour will set up shop at the beautiful Orpheum Theater for four Fridays this coming season: Sept 4, Nov 20, Jan 22, and Apr 30!

We are also very excited to announce that we finally have a Season Ticket option! Here are the details (pricing includes all taxes and fees!):

- Adult tickets: $25 per show
- Kids and student tickets: $20 per show
- Season tickets: $90 for 4 shows PLUS early entry into the theater for first pick of seats!

On behalf of the Midtown crew, I want thank the Sioux Falls Stage & Gallery for being nominated alongside our wonderfully talented and varied "dance/comedy/variety show" compatriots! Nick was individually nominated for Best Dance or Variety Performer, and Midtown was nominated for the Best Comedy, Variety or Dance Event or Series. What a gift to have this kind of recognition for the amazing performers in our fair city!

Tonight is Midtown's season finale show at the ! At the risk of bringing out the army of bots who "all have 4 tickets to sell," it remains SOLD OUT! Also, we have cute, new stickers... and nice ones this time!

For those of you with tickets, here are some reminders:
- There is no need to print the tickets out or have the Eventbrite app. You have "Will Call" tickets so all you have to do is give us your name at the door (or the name the tickets were bought under).
- Doors will open at 7 PM - please do not try to come in to save seats beforehand so we can finish sound checking.
- You can buy drinks in the main bar at Dada prior to 7 PM (recommended), but there will also be a bar open in the Event Hall after 7 PM.

It's a first! We have officially SOLD OUT our May 7th show at the ! For those of you lucky enough to have tickets, it's going to be tight in there... might even feel like bursting at the seams or, dare I say it, growing pains. It's just too perfect.

But seriously, thank you to everyone who bought tickets and continues to support this lil show. See you in exactly 14 days, when we will be totally ready for this show... but who's counting?!
