At Drop Zone Family Fun Center, the safety and well-being of children and families is our highest priority.
We are aware of a recent social media post regarding an interaction at our facility. While we cannot discuss specific details publicly out of respect for privacy and all individuals involved, we take any concern involving minors extremely seriously.
This matter involved multiple prior interactions and was addressed in accordance with our policies and procedures. When situations escalate or become disruptive within the facility, our responsibility is to maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff.
