This club was started because dance is accessible for all human beings; no matter the skin tone, language, culture, social status, or gender. It is a way of expression when we can’t find the right words or if we don’t have the vocabulary to express what we are feeling. Hunt students get the opportunity to express themselves through dance! This unlocks an unlimited amount of possibilities throughou
t their life that they may not have without it. Dance helps children mature physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. It instills discipline, self- motivation, grit, confidence, creativity, and cooperation. Gaining these skills can directly relate into their academic life and help boost them to their highest potential.
