😱 it's session 11! Let's end this year with dancing, laughter, progress and strength! 💪 As always please read descriptions of the classes in Momence and if you have any questions feel free to DM us! Check our last post for a breakdown of the choreography levels!

We are making some changes! From now on your choreo will be two levels!
🩵Beginner/Intermediate (listed in blue on the schedule)
Or
🩷 Intermediate/advanced (listed in pink on the schedule!)

And modifications will be offered in both. Your choreo will be listed by STYLE
for example:

Showstopper w/ Vira
Girlie Pop w/ taryn aka TAB
Clerb Style w/ Groovin with Cryzzz 🦋
Edgework w/ Nicole Karma

This way you can experience new styles and challenge yourself to try the progressions. Or really refine your basics with regressions!

Learn all your foundations to fly!
In this 4 week, 8 class series, you will learn how to spin, sway, and swing around the pole, as well as learn a short choreography incorporating all the moves you have learned! The series is perfect for first-timers.

ZERO dance or fitness experience required.

☑️ tank top/ sports bra & short shorts
☑️ bring water
🚫 no lotion/oil day of
🚫 no jewelry on hands or wrists
