We are excited to announce that Gotta Dance Academy is participating in a fundraiser benefiting Dancers Against Cancer, an incredible organization that provides financial assistance and support to dancers, dance educators, and their families who are battling cancer.

Our goal is simple: We want to be the highest fundraising dance studio participating in this event!

Most importantly, 100% of every donation goes directly to Dancers Against Cancer, helping families who are facing some of life’s most difficult challenges.

We would love your support in helping GDA make a difference. Every donation, no matter the size, helps support this amazing cause and moves us closer to our fundraising goal.

What an INCREDIBLE way to close out our final regional competition weekend of the season at ! 🌟🔥

This weekend was filled with amazing dancing, unforgettable memories, incredible teamwork, and the kind of positive energy that reminds us exactly why we love what we do. We could not be more proud of our dancers, teachers, and dance families for the heart, passion, and support they brought all weekend long! 🖤🩷

Celebrating our final graduating senior from the Gotta Dance Academy Class of 2026 — Camryn Faulkner! 🎓✨

Since stepping into her very first dance class at just 2 years old, dance has always been at the center of Camryn’s life. Known for her sass, confidence, fierce talent, and independent spirit, she brought so much energy and passion to every stage she stepped on. Through dance, she learned discipline, resilience, and strength that she will carry with her forever.

This fall, Camryn will attend the Simi Institute for Cosmetology as she begins an exciting new chapter. While her competitive dance journey may be coming to an end, the memories, friendships, and love for dance will always remain a part of who she is. ❤️

Camryn would like to thank her parents for their endless love and support throughout the years — especially her mom, who never missed a single recital, competition, or special moment. She also wants to honor her Nana in heaven, whose love and belief in her always meant the world and who she knows has been cheering her on every step of the way. ✨

Celebrating our eighth graduating senior from the Gotta Dance Academy Class of 2026 — Bella Donna Spoehr! 🎓✨

Bella Donna has been dancing since she was 5 years old and began competing at the age of 10, growing into a passionate and dedicated dancer throughout the years. Her time at GDA has been filled with unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and lessons that have shaped her both inside and outside of the studio.

Bella Donna would like to thank Miss Jen, Miss Katie, Miss Val, and Miss Danielle for their guidance and support throughout her journey. She also wants to give a very special thank you to Tori for always being there for her and making such a meaningful impact on her life. She is incredibly grateful to Suzanne and Eileen for their constant support when she needed it most. ❤️

Most importantly, Bella Donna wants to thank her Nana for always standing by her side, supporting her through everything, and believing in her every step of the way.

Celebrating our seventh graduating senior from the Gotta Dance Academy Class of 2026 — Jazmin Durden! 🎓✨

Jazmin began dancing at GDA at just 4 years old, training in tap, ballet, and jazz before discovering her true passion for hip hop. Through dance, she found confidence, strength, and a love for performing that helped shape who she is today.

This fall, Jazmin will attend Moorpark College’s Honors Program as a Biology major before transferring to her dream school, UCLA. Her goal is to become a pediatric oncologist and dedicate her future to helping children battling cancer. 💙

Jazmin would like to thank Joy and Ben, Ms. Suzanne, Ms. Eileen, and all of the incredible teachers who have supported her throughout the years, including Ms. Danielle, Ms. Tori, Ms. Katie, Ms. Suzie, Guy, Carmen, Ms. Courtney, Jordyn, Nicolette, and Paulina. She especially wants to thank Ms. Jen for always being a role model and constant source of support. Most of all, she is incredibly grateful to her parents — especially her mom — for their endless love and encouragement. ❤️

Celebrating our sixth graduating senior from the Gotta Dance Academy Class of 2026 — Marlie Gantt! 🎓✨

Marlie began dancing at just 3 years old in Georgia before moving to California in 2019, where she found her home at Gotta Dance Academy. Since then, she has grown tremendously as both a dancer and performer while balancing academics, the SVHS Dance Team, and Varsity Cheer with incredible dedication and success.

Some of Marlie’s favorite memories come from the friendships, long competition days, early mornings, and unforgettable experiences shared with her teammates along the way. Dance has shaped her discipline, creativity, and strength throughout the years.

Marlie would like to thank Ms. Tori, Jen, Nic, Paulina, Jordyn, Carmen, Val, Nicole, and JT for their mentorship and support. She also wants to thank her mom for her unwavering (and LOUD 😂) support through every rehearsal, costume, and competition, and her dad for always inspiring her to work hard and dream big. ❤️

This fall, Marlie will attend Hampton University to study Pharmaceutical Sciences, and we know she has an incredible future ahead of her. We are so proud of you, Marlie! 🌟

Celebrating our fifth graduating senior from the Gotta Dance Academy Class of 2026 — Iyana Hannans! 🎓✨

Iyana began dancing before the age of two in mommy-and-me classes and started competing at just 4 years old alongside her brother Isaac. Over the years, she trained in multiple styles, danced competitively with GDA, and proudly performed with the SVHS Dance Team throughout all four years of high school.

This fall, Iyana will attend CSU Chico to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, with hopes of becoming an agricultural researcher focused on improving resource management and promoting healthy, responsible farming and food practices. She also plans to continue studying sign language in college. 🌱

Iyana would like to thank her two brothers for their constant love, encouragement, and willingness to participate in every performance or event she asked them to be part of. She also wants to thank Ms. Jen for teaching her not only dance, but life lessons she will carry with her forever. ❤️

With her creativity, kind heart, and determination, we know Iyana has an incredible future ahead. We are so proud of you! 🌟
